openai在使用chatgpt对话时频繁出现：

解决方法：
安装KeepChatGPT插件

操作步骤：

  1. 先安装Tampermonkey油猴脚本
    油猴脚本官网：https://www.tampermonkey/
  2. 安装KeepChatGPT插件
    脚本地址：https://greasyfork/zh-CN/scripts/462804-keepchatgpt
  3. 安装后的效果

    （另外升级plus后会好很多）
